They changed the price I don’t know how many different times. And when I call the next day to have the work done, they tried to raise the price on me. The lady told me she could find the exact price. But couldn’t say if she could honor it. Than come to find out they took one of my caps off in the engine and didn’t put it back on. This is a dishonest place I strongly suggest you go somewhere else. They try to over charge you and damage your stuff so it will cost you more.

These people are NOT HONEST. I went to get my car inspected and I was told my rear breaks were worn out and must be changed and that my car would not pass inspection. They wanted to charge me $350 to change the break pads and they were very pushy. I left without changing them, and my husband bought the break pads on-line for $50 and was going to replace them himself because he used to work on cars. He looked at the break pads and he said they didn’t look worn out so we waited. I got suspicious and went to a different place to get my car inspected and guess what??? My car PASSED INSPECTION with flying colors and I was told NOTHING was WRONG with the car including the breaks. I asked soecifically about breaks and I was told they were perfectly fine. So I called Driver’s Auto Repair to tell them what happened and the manager told me that this couldn’t have happend and that the breaks do not have anything to do with the inspection and although they have me in their system for coming in that day.. there were no notes about the breaks so basically I was called a liar. Well we checked and the manager lied. The breaks are part of the check list for State Inspecton in Texas. Lie after lie after lie.... This is not how you treat a long-term customer. They just lost my business forever. I have paid upfront for future oil changes....that’s how much I trusted them. I asked for a refund and they told me they will call me back....still have not gotten a call back about the refund of the advanced payments I paid for future oil changes. I do not trust them. I guess they figured since their business is struggling they would con their loyal customers...UNACCEPTABLE.

It was nice, I went in for an oil change, and it was very speedy. The manager Linda explained to me a few things that she recommended, and was very knowledgeable as to why she was recommending those services. I do recommend this location, and will return again in due time... Thanks

They cheat their customers. I was quoted a price and had to wait to get the repairs I needed. When I had the money and went back they doubled the price. I'm a single mother, 6 months pregnant with a heart condition. Very disappointed I used them in the first place.

I may be suing for the attendant trying to force me to wear a mask with a medical condition....I am contacting my lawyers ASAP. The district manager contacted me and told me he didn't care about my recent breathing treatment that I had to wear a mask because the governor told him I had to instead of knowing the law.

We are looking into this matter and will be in contact with you in 24-48 hours.

Went in for air conditioner repair. They told me that I had a Freon line leak and repair would be $600-+ dollars. They called later after the repair and told me the air conditioner clutch was bad and wanted $450 additional dollars for replacement. I said NO and picked up my truck. I would have never had the first repair if I knew about the clutch problem. I told them that the a/ c clutch was rapidly cutting in and out when I dropped it off. Either they are working to get the highest cost repair or they don’t know what they are doing. Either way, it’s not a repair service I will repeat or recommend.

Linda Evans was great , she took great care of me & explained everything & was up front with the price. Would recommend highly to friends in need of car services.

This place has been my boyfriend and I go to place for oil changes and car maintenance for the past two years. Based off today’s visit we will no longer be returning. One of the managers gave me such a hard time about my oil change package deal stating he could not find it in the system although I had the paper and proof I purchased it. He did not want to honor it and made me go through several hoops and questions before honoring my last oil change within my package. On top of that, both him and the manager confronted me with high pressure sales for services needed for my car. I declined the services and stated my boyfriend would be back next week to address the issues. Both the clerk and manager continued to pressure me into purchasing more maintenance work with over priced items/parts that are sold $20-$30 cheaper elsewhere. I was very disappointed with today’s visit and it took 2+ hours just for an oil change. Will not be returning. I now question the integrity of the shop entirely and the crew desperately needs a refresher on customer service, honest work, and sale pitches.
